- Note all the habits you would like to create for your life in a notebook or handphone eg. wake up early to excerise
- Every night before you go to bed, read the list of habits and visualize yourself doing it tomorrow
- Every morning after you wake up, read the list of habits and visualize yourself doing it later in the day
- The last and most important step of the system, DO IT!
